SHIPPING
Domestic
Flat rate of $10.00 for all deliveries Australia wide by Regular Australia Post.
Our items are digitally printed to order so please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Regional areas outside of metro may take an additional business day or two for delivery, this also applies to Tasmania & Western Australia.
International
Unfortunately we aren't able to deliver internationally at this stage but, we're working on it.
Orders
Please note that all our T-shirts and Apparel are digitally printed to order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days for standard white and black base t-shirts and apparel.
Otherwise, 3 - 7 working days depending on stock availability of colour based t-shirts and apparel, plus shipping time.
Tracking
All domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Custom Duties and Taxes
We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages, as well as any additional duties, taxes and charges raised by customs in each country. Please be aware of these costs before making a purchase.
RETURNS
Tractor Beams accept returns for a full refund (excluding shipping cost), provided the following requirements are met;
Notify us within 3 business days of you receiving item(s) and the item(s) are returned to us within 7 business days of you receiving them.
Your item must have not been worn, altered or washed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Please note we do not accept return for wrong sizing or change of mind as all products are printed to order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If item(s) are faulty please supply a photo of fault to us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs incurred by returning an item are not covered by Tractor Beams.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order in line with the Refund Policy.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Return to Sender
Items can be re-sent with re-payment of shipping charges. Re-shipping an item is not covered by Tractor Beams. Cancelled orders will incur a $10AUD fee.
Returns Process
To return an item, please send us an email at [email protected]. We'll provide you with further information and a return address for your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be liable if your returned item goes missing.
We will do our best to respond within 24 hours during business hours, Monday to Friday. However, during peak periods please allow a little longer for us to get back to you.
